vellinna™ is owned and operated by Hangzhou Huanyuejia Network Technology Co., Ltd. By accessing the site, creating an account, or ordering, you agree to these terms and applicable store policies. If you disagree, do not use the site or submit an order.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 or the legal age required to enter a binding purchase agreement where you live. Otherwise, use the store only with a parent or legal guardian’s involvement and permission.

Customer accounts

If account functionality is available, provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to present descriptions, photographs, colors, age guidance, dimensions, materials, included pieces, intended play use, assembly, care, prices, and availability accurately. Color and texture may vary because of photography, lighting, screens, and reasonable production differences. Review each product page, age label, assembly instruction, warning, battery or magnet notice, and care direction before use.

Order submission & acceptance

An order is an offer to purchase. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but not necessarily final acceptance. Payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment checks may apply. We may refuse, limit, or cancel because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, an obvious material error, restrictions, or inability to fulfill. Collected amounts for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Prices, taxes & payment

Prices are shown in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. Checkout displays applicable prices, shipping, taxes, discounts, and total before payment. By paying, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected method.

Processing & shipping

Orders normally process in 2–4 business days, or up to 5 business days during busy periods. Standard supported U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy.

Returns & refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. Approved refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days after receipt, inspection, and approval. No restocking fee is charged. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery with the order number and relevant evidence. A confirmed issue attributable to us will receive an appropriate solution without added cost caused by our error.

Order changes & cancellations

Request changes or cancellation promptly. Assistance cannot be guaranteed after processing begins. No fee is charged for a successful cancellation before fulfillment.

Promotions & discount codes

Offers may have expiration dates, eligibility conditions, minimum purchases, exclusions, limits, and combination rules. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are not redeemable for cash and codes must be applied before checkout.

Product use & care

Use products lawfully and according to descriptions, labels, care guidance, and safety information. Children’s toys require age-appropriate selection and adult supervision. Small parts may present a choking risk; magnets, batteries, cords, moving parts, and packaging require special care. Follow all age labels and assembly instructions, keep magnets and batteries secured, discard packaging safely, inspect toys regularly, and stop use immediately if any part becomes loose, cracked, sharp, damaged, or missing. Toys are not childcare or safety devices. Development and learning experiences vary by child, and no particular educational outcome is guaranteed.

Bulk purchases & resale

Contact us before unusually large, wholesale, or resale orders. Buying for resale does not authorize representation as an official vellinna™ distributor, agent, partner, or retailer.

Intellectual property

Branding, site design, graphics, photographs, text, and original store content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected where applicable. Personal, lawful, noncommercial use is allowed; unauthorized copying, republication, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

Reviews & customer content

Submitted reviews, photos, or comments must be accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to law and the Privacy Policy. We may decline unlawful, abusive, misleading, sensitive, infringing, or irrelevant content.

Prohibited conduct

• Fraud, unlawful activity, or unauthorized payment information.
• Interference with security, operation, or availability.
• Malicious code or unauthorized access.
• Unauthorized collection of user information.

We use Shopify and may rely on payment, shipping, analytics, communication, and other providers. Third-party services and links are governed by their own terms and policies.

Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by severe weather, disasters, carrier interruption, transportation restrictions, labor disruption, government action, customs delay, infrastructure failure, widespread outages, or similar events. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and respond appropriately.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site and store services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Non-excludable consumer rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

Applicable law & disputes

Transactions are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections based on the transaction and customer location. Contact support first so the parties can try to resolve disputes in good faith; legal rights remain available.

Severability & no waiver

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue where permitted. A delay in enforcement does not necessarily waive later enforcement.
